The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program is designed as an academically challenging and balanced program of education with the final examinations that prepares students for success at university and life beyond. The program is normally taught over two years.
The diploma is awarded to students who earn at least 24 points, subject to certain minimum levels of performance across the whole program and to satisfactory participation in the creativity, action, service requirement. The highest total that a Diploma Program student can be awarded is 45 points.
Student must apply and be offered admission to Northern Arizona University (effective Fall 2010)
Student must have completed and received an International Baccalaureate diploma (an IB certificate will not be sufficient for scholarship purposes)
Awarded to undergraduate, first degree seeking students
Scholarship is to be used for tuition only
May not be combined with AIMS, President, Dean's or Merit Scholarships
May not be combined with Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program
Student must maintain a 2.5 grade point average and complete 30 credit hours per year to renew
