The Federal City Alumnae Chapter pledges to enrich the lives of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area through service. The Educational Development Committee, one of the many committees of the Chapter, has responsibility for overseeing The FCAC’s scholarship program. The objective of this program is to provide
scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors who have excelled academically and/or contributed their talents to the improvement of their community.

Be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the District of Columbia graduating senior from a public or charter high school in the District of Columbia plan to enter an accredited four-year university or college as a full-time freshman in the Fall of 2014, and complete the application as prescribed by the instructions herein.
